Payment and Orders

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

We offer a range of payment forms, including Visa and Mastercard and on all our orders. We also offer Paypal at checkout. 

  • What if I’ve made a mistake with my order?

If you’ve placed an order and realized that there is a mistake with it, such as an incorrect address, product size or product, email us immediately to rectify the error. If the order has not been processed and shipped, we will be able to help you modify your order. If, however, the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make changes. In this case, you can return the order once you’ve received it.  

  • What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for whatever reason, your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we will happily give you a refund or exchange the item, as long as you send the product back to us unused and in its original condition, within 25 days of the delivery date.   • Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes, once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

  • How much does shipping cost?

Symbol Sage offers free shipping on all products. However, if you are returning a product to us, you will have to arrange for shipping on your end. 

  • How long does shipping take?

Shipping Timeframe: Our standard shipping usually takes between 8 to 16 business days, depending on your location. For more information, please check our shipping policy page. Please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may lead to occasional delays. Rest assured, we are dedicated to ensuring that your order reaches you as promptly as possible.

  • Do you provide a shipment tracking number?

Yes, we provide a tracking number for your order. 

  • Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes we ship worldwide.

  • What if I don’t receive my order?

If you haven’t received your order in the stipulated time, please get in touch with us. 




  • What is your Returns Policy?

We offer a no questions asked returns policy on all products within 25 days. We process all returns within 5 days of receiving the product from you.

  • Will I receive a full refund on my purchase when I return the jewelry?

 Yes, we will offer a full refund on any unwanted items. However, please ensure that the product has been unused and in its original condition. The full refund also excludes any sale items, return shipping fee and any items that are unreturnable. 

  • What items can I not return for a refund?

We love our items and we think you will too. If you find that they aren’t up to your expectations, for whatever reason, we’re happy to refund your money. However, there are some products that are excluded from this. These include:

  • Clearance items 
  • Any customized items
  • Items that have been worn or damaged
  • Items without their original tags 
  • Items that were sent as replacements or exchanges
