Mímir’s Well — The Price of Wisdom
Even a god has more to learn. A story of curiosity, sacrifice and the extraordinary price Odin paid for wisdom.
The story you wear
Beneath one of Yggdrasil’s roots lies Mímir’s well, whose waters hold wisdom and understanding. Odin comes seeking a drink, but access carries a price: he must leave one of his eyes as a pledge.
The Price of Wisdom imagines the moment after that bargain, as Mímir offers Odin a drink. Their encounter brings together a determined seeker and the keeper of knowledge, with the well between them.
At the heart of this story is a question that still holds our attention: how much is understanding worth? For those fascinated by Norse mythology, this design carries the mystery of the well and the restless curiosity of a god willing to be changed by what he seeks.
